We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ultimate Fridge Slides. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns

Because our products are large and made to order in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your fridge dimensions and vehicle setup before purchasing.

If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help you confirm compatibility before you buy.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We’ll assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Your Ultimate Fridge Slide comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. For more details, see our Warranty Information page.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping. In most cases:

  • Faulty or damaged items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • Other returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
