At Ultimate Fridge Slides, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why every Ultimate Fridge Slide comes with a 12-month limited warranty for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered

Your warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Mechanical failures under normal use

If your slide fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it—no dramas.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or environmental exposure (e.g. rust from saltwater)
How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please contact us at jay@ultimatefridgeslides.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the fault or damage

We’ll assess your claim and get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
